Benjamin Labbe brings over 20 years of experience in agriculture to Moleaer's growing team.
March 24, 2021 (Carson, CA) — Moleaer, the leading nanobubble technology manufacturer, announced today that it has appointed Benjamin Labbe as its new Business Development Manager in Latin America. Benjamin is an Agricultural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural business and expertise in farm management, agrochemicals business and market development in Latin America. Prior to Moleaer, he served as Sales Coordinator at Valent Biosciences, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Chemical, worldwide leaders of Biorational Chemistry for the agriculture market. Benjamin founded Kapicua in 2018 in Chile and Peru and pioneered the implementation of Moleaer nanobubble technology in outdoor irrigation in Latin America.
When asked about his new appointment, Benjamin said: “I have worked with oxygen nanobubbles in specialty crops for the last four years, and I’m excited to continue to bring nanobubble technology to Latin American to benefit farmers and other industry partners. I’m convinced that Moleaer’s technology can impact food production in several ways, starting with irrigation and going throughout other uses in pre- and post-harvest, allowing growers to be sustainable and profitable.”
Nick Dyner, CEO, Moleaer, said: “We are excited for Benjamin to join our team to expand our reach in Latin America. With water scarcity as a global concern, Moleaer has a tremendous opportunity to help farmers improve irrigation water use efficiency and quality, help municipalities improve water treatment sustainability and provide communities with a chemical-free solution to restore the health of lakes and ponds. His knowledge and experience are a great asset to our growing international team.”
Moleaer now has over 1,500 installations of nanobubble generators in more than 30 countries and is treating more than 400 million gallons of water per day in agriculture, aquaculture, surface water, wastewater, and natural resources.

About Moleaer
MoleaerTM is an American-based nanobubble technology company with a mission to unlock nanobubbles’ full potential to enhance and protect water, food, and natural resources. Moleaer has established the nanobubble industry in the U.S. by developing the first nanobubble generator that can perform cost-effectively at municipal and industrial scale. Moleaer’s patented nanobubble technology provides the highest proven oxygen transfer rate in the aeration and gas infusion industry, with an efficiency of over 85 percent per foot of water (Michael Stenstrom, UCLA, 2017). Through partnerships with universities, Moleaer has proven that nanobubbles are a chemical-free and cost-effective solution to increasing sustainable food production, restoring aquatic ecosystems, and improving natural resource recovery. Moleaer has deployed more than 700 nanobubble generators worldwide since 2016.

About nanobubbles
Nanobubbles are tiny bubbles, invisible to the naked eye and 2,500 times smaller than a single grain of table salt. Bubbles at this scale remain suspended in water for long periods, enabling highly efficient oxygen transfer of dissolved gas in liquids. Nanobubbles also treat and reduce pathogens and contaminants of emerging concern as well as scour surfaces to break apart biofilm matrices (Shiroodi, S., Schwarz, M.H., Nitin, N. et al., Food Bioprocess Technol, 2021).
