One breakthrough that’s been particularly exciting for us is the combination of ozone and nanobubbles a new approach to ozone treatment that merges the class-leading efficiency of Moleaer technology with the powerful properties of nanobubbles. It optimizes how ozone is delivered and utilized, transforming the way we think about performance, sustainability, and safety in applications from car washes to food safety.  

Ozone and Nanobubbles 

Ozone, a reactive form of oxygen, is made from only the air around us and is highly effective at common water treatment applications. The key to harnessing the capabilities of ozone is transferring it efficiently into water. This is where Moleaer’s nanobubble technology comes in.  

By utilizing Moleaer’s best-in-class gas-transfer efficiency, we’re able to deliver ozone into water more effectively – enabling next-level process performance and minimizing off-gassing risks across many applications.  

Further, ozone in the nanobubble form supercharges its effectiveness in applications like surface cleaning and disinfection by improving ozone stability, reaction area, and contact time.

How Nanobubbles Unlock Ozone’s Full Potential 

Unlike regular bubbles that rise to the surface and pop, nanobubbles – 2,500 times smaller than a grain of salt – stay suspended in liquid due to their small size and neutral buoyancy. This enhances ozone solubility, delivering it precisely where it's needed for more efficient and prolonged disinfection.  

Moleaer nanobubble technology maximizes ozone’s impact in four ways:
