24/7 Asset Management

Step 1: Find Your Device ID

The device ID can be found on the units nameplate. Once you have that 5-digit code, you can create an account on our 24/7 Asset Management portal page. If you have trouble locating your device ID, please reference the guide at the bottom of this page.

Step 2: Register for 24/7 Asset Management

To register you will need your device ID from the previous step, first name, last name, and email for the person you want designated as the admin. Only 1 person may register for an account, and they will be designated the admin. Once the admin account has been created, they can add additional users to view the dashboard.

Step 3: Add Additional Users

Additional users can be added as base level users or account admins. Account admins have the ability to create new users, and base level users will have view-only access to the dashboard.

To create new users click on the dropdown arrow on the top right of your screen and select "Users." Then select the blue "New" button and fill out the required information (First Name, Last Name, Primary Email, and Access Level). The user will then receive an email to complete their registration.

Step 4: Bookmark Your Log-In Page

If you want to bookmark the log-in page you can click the link above or go to https://www.monitoring-moleaer.com/login.aspx.

Adding Alerts and Users For Your Account

Step 1: Select the unit and access the unit main dashboard

Step 2: Go to setup, configuration, and then control alerts

Step 3: View the alarm menu for your unit

Step 4: Select the Alarms that you want to activate

On this page, you select the alarms you want to receive. Once they are assigned, a blue star will appear indicating that these alerts have been activated for this unit.

Step 5: Select the users

Select the users that will recieve these alarm texts, you can select multiple users. Once user(s) are selected and alarms assigned then click  to save the changes.

Step 6: Activate server alerts

These alarms are for the server. These alerts should always be selected to be notified when the unit goes offline. Then repeat step #5.
